- Splash your face with water and then place a small amount of Cher-Mère Oatmeal Face Wash Cleanser with Golden seal to your face.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Apply Cher-Mère Toner 3 to damp cotton wool and gently tone the skin using light upward strokes.
- During the day, use the Acne Manager Day Moisturizer. At night, use the Acne Manager Night Care.
