How to stay safe at the Spa during COVID-19!

Before you book your appointment, take the time to be aware of what measures we are taking at Cher-Mere to keep you safe. On our website home page and social media channels, we show changes in the policy that include the required use of face masks in the spa, no walk-ins, no waiting areas, and no outside food or drink.

The staff at Cher-Mere are taking every safety protocol to make sure you are safe during your visit to the spa. We have hand-sanitizing gel throughout the spa as well all staff members are wearing personal protective equipment like masks and gloves. We are making sure to block extra time after appointments to properly clean, as well as hired a staff member just to clean throughout the spa during the day.

Our day spa is taking measures to respect the two-meter separation rule whenever possible All disposable items used with a client are discarded. Any manicure/pedicure tools is placed in a high level disinfected in a soaking tray.  All points of client contact including work surfaces, chairs, treatment beds, face cradles, magnifying lamps, are disinfected with a Health Canada approved hospital-grade disinfectant for the requisite contact time.

A COVID questionnaire is taking by all staff in clients 24 hours before entering the spa. As well as temperatures are taken upon arrival. We welcome you back into the spa! All staff is excited to bring you the best service possible and bring some self-care into your day.

Due to appointment availability and the individualized nature of services that are prepared in advance for each client, we respectfully ask that clients adhere to our cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your reserved service time, we require 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule spa services. Please understand that you will be charged 25% of the service(s) if you change your appointment without the minimum notice.
We do our best to provide a courtesy reminder confirmation call/email/ text one business day before your scheduled appointment.  These calls are a courtesy, and not receiving a call does not excuse an absence by a client. If you are scheduling an appointment for the next day in which there is not a 24-hour gap in between making the appointment and the actual time of service you must call by the end of the day before the scheduled time to cancel.

Please feel free to reach out by phone or email if you have any concerns before your appointment.
